Customer Service Reps Duties:
● Listening to customers’ concerns and handling complaints and returns
● Giving detailed explanations of services or products
● Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
● Communicating with customers through email or chat, over the phone
● Receiving/entering/tracking orders
● Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
● Referring customers to superiors when necessary
● Learning to check orders for accuracy and completeness
● Clarifying order details as necessary
● Learning to track orders from placement to deliver
● Learning to track and existing inventory
● Providing periodic status updates on open orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
