Customer Service Representative Job at Mercola

This position is primarily responsible for processing returned products, completing various projects relating to returns/reships and creating reports based on returns/reships and complaints.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports on all return and reship activity for customer class, products, return type and return reason.

· Call Tags

· Log in Clothing Returns

· Work closely with UPS/DHL/USPS vendors

· Backorders (when needed)

· On Hold Orders

· Cancelled Orders

· Collect customer feedback, warehouse errors, and customer fast tracks

· Submit report weekly for all delivery issue complaints/unsubscribe requests

· Document information in customer account

· Complete manual refunds and reships

· Any returned products-unpack, inspect condition, assess any paperwork

· Work with warehouse staff on returns and reships

Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

· High School diploma or GED

· At least 2 years of customer service

· Ability to calculate figures and amounts (discounts, percentages, etc.)

· Highly motivated & enthusiastic

· Self- starter

· Multi-tasker

· Work independently or in a group setting

· Able to resolve customer grievances in a professional/timely manner

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write memos and correspondence. Excellent phone manner with clear concise and professional communication skills.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have:

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

· Knowledge of CRM/database software

· Type of minimum of 35 words per minute

· General computer, e-mail and internet knowledge
