Nectron International is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative. Nectron is a wholesale distributor, providing exceptional customer service and product to the Compatible Imaging Supply Industry. Established over 42 years ago, Nectron seeks hardworking, honest, motivated individuals to help them continue their growth and success. Located in Sugar Land, Texas, this position will guarantee customer satisfaction through efficient order entry and problem resolution by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment.
• Consistently meet performance benchmarks in all areas (speed, accuracy, and volume).
• Experience in a high-volume customer service area and call center environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Order Entry can include orders from fax, phone, email, Web & special accounts.
• Elevated computer literacy and system adaptation.
• Ability to handle 30 - 50 calls per day.
• Speak professionally with customers by phone in fluent English to receive orders.
• Handle credits, customer complaints, and make appropriate adjustments.
• Fill backorders.
• Penetrate accounts by educating and up-selling clients on products.
• Act as phone receptionist and route call(s) to appropriate person.
• Team oriented work environment.

Job Requirements

• Customer service or help desk capacity is a plus
• Experience with multiline telephones, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office and overall good PC skills
• Available works hours are Monday - Friday, between 8:30AM-6:00PM
• Position Starting Compensation $17.00/Hr
• Potential advancement into inside sales, commission based pay structure.
