Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and well-spoken Customer Service Representative for our fast-paced business. Our Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers' issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, evaluate and appropriately handle incoming calls, emails, online chats and text messages.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving customer complaints and following up to ensure resolution
• Screen, qualify and schedule appointments for our service technicians and sales team.
• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
• Relay accurate information to customers, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.
• Develop contingency plans for busy time; optimize the schedule.
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
• Understand and use our call taking/dispatch software.

Requirements for a successful Customer Service Representative

• A proven track record in customer service.
• IT competent; good typist, utilize phone, email, internet
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable.
• Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Motivated to work independently and multi-task.
• Knowledge of the construction, HVAC & Plumbing industry is a plus but not required.
