Details for the Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Agent:

• Schedule: Full time, 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:00pm
• Overtime: Required during peak season
• Pay Rate: $17.50-$18.50/hour

• Managing all inbound and outbound calls
• Providing excellent customer service
• Preforming all administrative clerical office needs
• High functioning usage of Microsoft Office software
