Customer Service Representative Job at Performance Home Medical

We are seeking candidates that are looking to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you must have excellent interpersonal relationship skills to interact with patients, on the phone and in office. The potential candidate must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, professional, medical setting. A background in medical customer service is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Job descriptions would entail but not limited to:
- Phone calls - taking patient orders for supplies
- Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment and service
- Taking phone calls and orders from healthcare referrals
- Procuring and completing any necessary documentation required by company and insurance
- Data entry
- Competency in working within a healthcare records system a plus.
- PAP knowledge a plus.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
