220, 440, or 20-44 (Property & Casualty Insurance License) is required.

We are 100% by referral, preferred niche. We have been in business for over 30 years so there is no need for outside sales or cold calling; handle what we have incoming.

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative/Agent:

· 220, 440, or 20-44 (Property & Casualty Insurance License) is required

· Must have at least 1-2 years of insurance experience

· Must be coachable

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent analytical skills

· Works well in a fast paced environment

· Very strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative/Agent:

· Looking for representatives to help re-market, cross-sell, service, provide excellent customer service, etc. Work in an office full of people that know what we’re doing, while not taking ourselves too seriously, as we roll through this FL market!

· Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls

· Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution

· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

· Take the extra mile to engage customers

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
