Customer Service Representative Job at Staff Management
Experienced Bilingual Call Center representatives to join our operations at our Metro Office Park location in Guaynabo. This is a full time position, where availability is a must. We are seeking responsible, organized, team-oriented candidates to manage customer accounts, and respond to customer concerns via phone calls. Need to be available for on-site training in our Guaynabo offices.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Fully Bilingual (Must be able to hold a conversation with a client in English)
- 1 year Customer Service Experience
- Working knowledge of computers and Windows operating system
- Able to type at least 40 word per minute
- Knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook
- Able to process & enter large amount of data into our system
- Available to work a schedule between 7:00 AM-8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Associate Requirements
- Associates Degree
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $9.75 - $11.75 per hour
