Customer Service Representative -Bilingual (Spanish)

Founded in 2009, Midwest Equipment Sales is a rapidly growing developer, importer and distributer of market leading products through 2 divisions: (1) aftermarket tracks and tires for the small and mid-size equipment industry (the “Tracks & Tires” division), and (2) outdoor power products such as portable generators, pressure washers and battery products (the “OPE” division). The Company markets its products primarily through ecommerce channels both through its own website portal (primarily Tracks & Tires) as well as leading online retailers such as Amazon, Lowe’s and Home Depot (the OPE division).

We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Small Engine and Parts Customer Support Representative that can provide considerate and high-quality customer support via phone in topics such as warranty, technical support, and parts orders for small engines. Must be customer friendly, a team player and keep projects moving to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service
• Answer customer questions on repair and service of units
• Identify parts via part breakdown or customer description
• Ability to learn and address customer issues with small engines and generators
• Process Warranty claims and customer orders
• Document customer issues and follow up with customers if needed

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 years+ of inbound customer service experience
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• High school diploma
• Small engine or automotive experience a plus
• Electrical Background a plus
• Consistent work history
