The primary function of the Call Center Supervisor :
- Lead and build the department in promptly answering incoming calls
- Build rapport with customers
- Address customer inquiries
- Book service appointments accordingly
- Ensure proper staffing and coverage
- Keep the call board filled properly with calls and opportunities
The customer service supervisor also acknowledges customer complaints, assesses the issues and connects the customer with the appropriate department for resolution. This position will conduct follow-up calls to our customer database to inform them of new services or special offers they may be eligible to receive, as well as maintenance visits owed to our members.
