What We Need:

Currently looking for an Customer Service/Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Lindenhurst, NY to listen and respond to customers' questions. This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service support, cashier services and assisting the Warehouse Manager on the day-to-day operations.

Duties involve:

• Order Processing
• Handle incoming calls for orders
• Provide customer service to walk in customers and handle register/cashie.
• Addresses complaints concerning service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
• Provide assistance with web portal.
• Assist Warehouse Manager with inventory, stock status, cycle counts and return to stock follow up.
• Close out and balance cash drawer daily.
• Act as back up to open and close facility as needed.
• Other duties, as assigned.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Sales & customer service experience – grocery/foodservice/telemarketing preferred.
• To work on phones all day.
• Microsoft Office and excel experience is preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of warehouse environment.
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
