Italian Food, Gelato & Dessert Retail Supervisor
City Park Gelato and a More in Fort Collins, CO is looking for Full-Time or Part Time person to assist in weekly schedules of front of house staff, supervise customer service and participate in part Frozen Gelato making.
Wage:
Starting at $18/hr with Tip Share
Qualifications/Skills:
- Merchandizing food in display to look attractive
- ● Detail-oriented, with good planning skills
- ● Works well with a team, understands and follows directions well
- ● Good written and verbal communication skills
- ● Familiar with conversions & substitutions
- ● Able to work in a fast-paced environment, works quickly and efficiently
Education & Experience:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices
● Serv Safe Certification is preferred
Responsibilities will include:
● Maintaining a safe and healthy food preparation environment by enforcing food preparation standards and procedures complying with sanitation and legal regulations
● Manage needed supplies and inventory levels
● Direct and supervise staff
● Using specialized machines and equipment
● Ware-washing your own dirty items
