About the Customer Success Representative- Asana:
MarketStar currently has an opportunity for a Customer Success Representative (CSR) working on our growing Asana Team. As a CSR you will establish and maintain strong relationships with Asana customers. Your role will be to proactively discover their needs, advocate engagement, train and assist with some setup and help them best utilize the platform, ultimately driving customer retention and advocacy. You leverage change management strategies and product knowledge to consult our customers on how to best use Asana for their specific needs.
Location: Remote - US
What will you do?
- Manage customer accounts, providing strategic guidance on product usage based on each customer’s individualized needs
- Build relationships of influence with customers and work collaboratively with the Asana sales team to maintain and grow relationships
- Lead virtual engagements across various customer segments
- Identify upsell opportunities and effectively communicate these to customers and the sales team
- Troubleshoot and optimize strategic product usage to improve the customer experience
- Serve as the voice of the customer by proactively uncovering and communicating trends and insights to management
- Manage customer profile information and update all activities in CRM system
Skills & Qualifications:
- One year of account management, customer success or B2B sales experience preferred. Ideal candidate has a strong customer focus and will be an advocate for their success
- Project and task management experience preferred, especially the use of platforms such as Asana
- Effective and proactive verbal and written communication skills with all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to present to audiences of all sizes with confidence and expertise
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Tech saavy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology. Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, preferred
