Customer Success Specialist (Spanish, English Speaking)

SUMMARY:

The Customer Success Specialist assists ASEA associates and customers on inbound and outbound phone calls. This position will deal directly with our consumers to find what issues they are facing and how we can improve our service to retain their business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and gather information about customer concerns through outbound and inbound phone calls.
• Communicate with customers and build positive relationships with Associates
• Develop retention strategies based on customer feedback
• Offer incentives to retain our Associate's business
• Work as an integral part of the call center team.
• Follow all call documentation requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work in office, Pleasant Grove UT. Remote flexibility is available after training & 3 months of in office work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer retention or customer service position is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Direct Sales or Network Marketing industry strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and be an adapt problem solver.
• Friendly, flexible, dependable, and professional.
• Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, internet browsers, and CRMs.
