The Opportunity:

As an Avantive associate, you are part of our health care customer and sales support team, and your passion for providing an exceptional customer experience contributes to our world-class level of customer satisfaction. Acting as the first line of contact to customers nationwide, you will communicate an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution with each customer.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as Avantive Solutions frontline team to resolve issues, answer questions and shop online for callers.
  • Provide the right solutions for our customers
  • Have fun and be part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities.
  • Adhere to daily schedules to handle inbound calls.
  • Daily phone calls may increase during peak season.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High School diploma/GED - required
  • 1 year of contact center experience - preferred
  • Friendly personality and exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules to handle inbound calls.
  • Ability to have fun and be part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities.
  • Ability to successfully pass a federal background check and drug screen

One year of call center or sales experience preferred, not required. High School diploma or GED required with the ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire.

Both English-speaking and Bilingual Spanish/English agents are needed!
