BCS America, based in Oregon City, is an importer and distributor of high-quality lawn and garden equipment. Including walk-behind machines with implements for agricultural tasks, robotic lawn mowers for property maintenance, and remote-control mowers for commercial applications. We are seeking candidates for a full-time customer service position to serve all of our brand lines. The ideal candidate will possess multi-tasking abilities, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about company products. Our company offers a relaxed and team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities include:

- Reports to customer service manager

- Answering customer service-related phone calls, B2B and C2B

- Order entry

- Answering general product-related questions, including pricing, availability, and shipment tracking

- Lead fulfillment coordination

- Maintaining positive customer relations

- Professional and timely Email correspondence

- Maintaining basic understanding of product lines to interact with customers (B2B) and end users

(B2C)

- Interdepartmental communication and coordination of information

- Support sales staff, warehouse staff, and marketing manager as needed

- Other duties as directed

Position requirements:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Keen attention to detail, ability to work quickly and multitask

- Ability to handle stressful situations over the phone while maintaining composure

- Minimum 1 year of office admin, customer service or sales experience required

- Professional phone, interpersonal, and writing skills

- Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office, GSuite (GMail, Drive)

- Experience with online order entry software (Infor) a plus

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

- Candidate must possess enthusiasm, initiative, and curiosity

- Ability to work independently and as a member of the team with problem solving capabilities

- Able to read and understand machine breakdowns and parts look-ups

- Mechanical aptitude and/or small-scale agriculture interest, a plus

- Desire and ability to provide exemplary customer service

Other

- Full-time, non-exempt position. Hours vary between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. On-site position

- Compensation starting at $18 per hour based on experience

- Benefits include health coverage, 401k plan, PTO and holiday pay, and opportunity for growth.
