In this role the Customer Technical Support professional will be responsible for testing, maintaining, and implementing applications and procedures around several Point-of-Sale systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in the retail and/or hospitality environment and have a technical aptitude for troubleshooting customer issues. We are seeking a candidate that is looking to be challenged technically, and exhibits the drive to become an expert in POS solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Resolves incidents and requests in a timely manner; documents work and resolution steps within service management tool.
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Answers incoming support requests in a timely manner, following the proper processes and procedures for documenting and resolving issues.
  • Provides support to users and contacts appropriate internal personnel or external vendors when further expertise is required.
  • Adheres to standards, policies, and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.
  • Focuses on the Customer: Seeks to understand underlying customer needs.
  • Plans and Prioritizes: Sets priorities and organizes information.
  • Thinks Critically and Resolves Problems: Responds to emerging problems in an accurate and timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
