The Data Analyst collects and analyzes data across the business to make informed decisions or assist other team members and leadership in making sound decisions. They will be responsible to translate, merge, clean-up, and map data into conceptual, logical, and physical data models. The Data Analyst will implement best practices in data management to ensure the integrity of the data, the quality of data processes, and will deliver analyzable or analyzed data to a variety of internal and external clients.

Power BI Responsibilities
  • As a Power BI developer your primary role will be to transform raw data into relevant insights via interactive and simple to use/understand interactive dashboards and visual reports.
  • Recognize business requirements in the context of BI and create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) with the help of other departments with specific objectives and track them regularly
  • Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysis
  • Use SQL queries to get the best results
  • Make technological adjustments to current BI systems to improve their performance
  • For a better understanding of the data, use filters and visualizations
SQL Responsibilities
  • Writing SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures to extract data
  • Develops complex advancement reports using SQL, Microsoft Office and other utilities or languages as necessary
  • Performing ad hoc and structured data analysis and generating quality reports
  • Identify data issues proactively and flag them to respective stakeholders
  • Plan the development process and work towards meeting the defined timelines
  • Document the development procedure at every stage of the project
  • Uses modeling techniques and tools in analyzing and specifying data structure in large and/or complex data sets
PDI Responsibilities (To Learn and Manage)
  • Facilitate the development, installation, and implementation of all systems related to PDI software products
  • Develop and implement systems to enable PDI software systems to integrate with other business software systems
  • Manage all communication related to all PDI software products between Department Heads and PDI Consultants
  • Maintain and update all PDI software systems and supporting system infrastructure
  • Install, maintain, and support multiple Windows-based and/or Linux based workstations and servers on physical and virtual platforms
  • Create and perform best practices for server stability & patching
  • Adhere to effective internal controls and monitoring with a focus on security & regulatory concerns in regard to PCI-DSS
  • B.S. degree
  • At least 3 years experience in Experience in database development and support in MS SQL Server environments
  • Possess all required computer software development proficiencies, including:
o Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL
o Microsoft Windows Server .NET Platform
o C# and/or Visual Basic, ASP.NET
  • Background with BI tools and systems such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP
  • PDI knowledge and prior experience
  • Prior experience in data-related tasks
  • Mastery in data analytics
  • Should be proficient in software development
  • Be familiar with MS SQL Server BI Stack tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of Power BI application security layer models
  • Ability to run DAX queries on Power BI desktop
  • Proficient in doing advanced-level computations on the data set
  • Excellent communication skills
