We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Data Consultant SAP Governance within our Data Management group based in Houston, Texas.

• Responsible for Master Data Governance (MDG) Material, Vendor, General Ledger, Cost Center, and Utopia master data from functional and business perspectives.
• Existing workflow support and managing the changes through governance process
• Managing and performing master data analysis and data cleansing through review process. functional consultants, business analysts, and end users for any master data requirements.
• Collaborating with business users and cross functional leads to define master data rules, workflow, and processes.
• Collaborating with development team for technical updates. Processing, consolidating, and governing data.
• Utilizing System Applications and Products (SAP) and MDG software in data modeling, User Interface modeling, process modeling, validations/derivations, and data replication. Business Rule Framework+, functional location, equipment workflows, approval process, and user group set-ups. SAP functional experience in Operations, Supply Chain & Finance areas.
• Managing master data quality matrix

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 10 years of SAP experience.
• 3 years of SAP MDG Solution Architect experience.
• Experience understanding client requirements, estimating, and evolving the appropriate approach/solution.
• Experience initiating projects, project planning, and project management in the areas of Analysis, Design, Developing, Testing
• Experience with the implementation of Enterprise level applications.
• Experience in Fiori apps
• Experience in SAP Data Models – Material Master, Business partners, Customer Master, Vendor Master, GL Master, Cost Centers
• Experience in MDG configuration - MDG IMG Activities and Activating Business functions (SFW5), Data modeling, Entity types, relationships, UI modeling, Process modeling, Data quality and Data replication
• Experience with MDG Consolidation and Hierarchies for Business partner
• Experience in Data model enhancements and extension
• Experience in generated data model specific structures and created SMT mappings for the staging area to active area and vice versa
• Experience in BRFplus and MDG rule-based validations, derivations and workflow
• Experience in MDG DRF (Data Replication Framework)
• Experience in MDC Configuration – Data loads to Sourcing tables, Standardization, Matching, Merging, Validation and Activation with MDG process.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP data conversion
• Experience in data governance framework set-up
