Staff Management is hiring Experienced Data entry specialist to join our operations at our Metro Office Park location in Guaynabo, PR. This is a full-time position, where availability is a must. We are seeking responsible, organized, team-oriented candidates to manage customer accounts, and respond to customer concerns by investigation and solving claims.

Job Responsibilities

Manage customer claims in a timely manner - Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives - Keep records of all steps on work, investigate and solve customer needs - Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Excellent attention to detail, Ability to multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

• Bilingual (Must be able to hold a conversation with a client in English)
• Data Entry Experience (More than 1 year of experience)
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows operating system
• Able to type at least 40 word per minute
• Knowledge of Excel intermediate, Word & Outlook
• Able to process & enter large amount of data into our system
• Available to work a schedule between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Associate Requirements

• Associates Degree

• Able to Lift 20 pounds
• Drug Test
• Must be at least 18 years old

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $9.25 - $11.25 per hour
