We are a Manchester based, emergency services dispatch center. We are responsible for monitoring residential and commercial security alarms and providing our customers with peace of mind that their property is being protected. We do this by proactively and professionally alerting our customers of a potential issue. We are engaged with our customers 100% of the time over the phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Employees are responsible for accurate input of new alarm system accounts into the Manitou system. They are also responsible changing existing accounts per customer requests, as well as proofing information and performing exceptional customer service when clients call in regarding their accounts.

Duties include:

• Input of data into computer system
• Filing/faxing of information as needed
• Strong phone based customer service
• Ability to detect and correct errors
• Strong computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Competencies

• 1-2 Years' Data Entry experience
• Strong Computer Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to type on a computer at a proficient level (50+ WPM)
• General office experience
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions
• High level of professionalism
• In house typing test will be given

Shift Opening

The schedule for this position is 11am-7pm, full-time (40 hours), M-F with once a month Saturday or Sunday on call. Training Hours will be Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.
