Data Entry Specialist Job at CUSTOM PERMITS INC
We are a small office that manages all aspects of compliance for the transportation industry. We are looking for immediate hires.
Perfect candidate should be a self-starter that requires little supervision that enjoy working with numbers, multitask as needed, prioritize, be detail oriented, type and 10key by touch, phone/email etiquette and enjoy working with customers to help keep them in compliance.
Duties will include, but not limited to data entry, filing, scanning, writing emails and answering phones.
Must have skills: proficient with 10Key, type minimum 40 wpm, basic computer skills, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel.
Full time position available, 8-5 Monday – Friday, with full benefits after 90 day probation period. Benefits include paid health, dental, vision (for employee), 1 week vacation (will increase with time), paid holidays. Aflac is offered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
