Data Entry Specialist
REPORTS TO: CRC Program Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision, this position is responsible to perform accurate data entry tasks, reporting, and other administrative support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Enter and track service units in Q system for Fresno/Madera and Merced counties, Wellsky in Kern County and CareNav for all programs.
· Enter and track service units in CARS system for Kings/Tulare counties.
· Enter used voucher information for all grants and reconcile usage with internal system.
· Process direct pay and vendor check requests.
· Track incoming donations and write acknowledgements in a timely manner.
· Provide data for monthly and quarterly reports for all counties.
· Accurately prepare minutes for staff meetings.
· Prepare copy for external fliers, solicitations and client communications.
· Work closely with all vendors to ensure accurate billing.
OTHER RELATED DUTIES
· Provide general administrative support including answering telephones and directing callers as needed.
· Attend VCRC meetings as requested.
· Participate in planning events as requested.
· Participate in general housekeeping and office maintenance.
· Other projects and duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Associate Degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative environment. Experience in a non-profit organization preferred.
· Basic math skills.
· Highly accurate with attention to detail in all areas of work.
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under deadline pressure.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
· Highly organized.
· Strong verbal and written English skills to communicate with supervisor, employees, and community members.
Licenses and Certificates
- Must possess a valid California Driver License and insurance is required.
- Must be willing to travel locally.
- Completion of a successful background check will be required.

· Acute hearing is necessary for telephone and in-person communication with staff, customers, and vendors.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
