As a Statistical Processor you will coordinate and analyze domestic price proposals for management review in a multiple state region of responsibility. You will be regionally cross-trained to backup other Processors requiring a high level of teamwork and collaboration.

What You Will Do:

• Manages system implementation upon authorization of price actions.
• Researches, evaluates and calculates Gallo price information for accuracy and logic.
• Manages resolution of pricing issues, ensures appropriate Sales and Premium/Popular/Value/Spirits Business Unit management authorization, and completes implementation of authorized Gallo pricing actions within assigned markets in the Gallo Pricing System and the SAP order/invoicing system.
• Coordinates with Regional/Divisional field representatives, Compliance, Legal, Premium/Popular/Value/Spirits Business Units, Domestic Finance Personnel, Credit, Customer Service, etc. to provide price proposal worksheets, resolve pricing related order/invoice issues and complete other pricing activity reports.
• Effectively organizes and prioritizes pricing activity in assigned areas.
• Develops knowledge of state pricing idiosyncrasies. Maintains integrity of each market’s formulas, rules, procedure, posting deadlines and logic. Reviews the progress and accuracy of price quotations/postings prepared by Control Posting Processor for assigned area.
• Participates in implementation of ongoing systems evolution for pricing administration activity.
• Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.

What You Will Need:

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
• Associates Degree; or 2 years of prior work experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Required to successfully pass testing on MS Excel at a basic level.
• Required to successfully pass a data entry exercise.
• Good communication and customer services skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• An understanding of mathematical relationships.
• Experienced in reading and comprehending simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Experienced in writing simple correspondence and procedures.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Associates Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance; or 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or Customer Service reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Upper division college coursework with emphasis in Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Finance, or Computer Science.
• Experience with Winery pricing.
• Prior pricing experience
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Experience calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Experience applying concepts of basic algebra and statistics.
• Experience collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Applies common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Experience dealing with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Develops a thorough working knowledge of the complexities of the Gallo Pricing System and how the modules interface with each other.
• Team oriented self starter with great attention to detail who will be relied on to recognize and correct discrepancies under varied deadline constraints.
• Uses discretion in dealing with confidential information.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, while remaining courteous and professional.

Compensation:

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $21.44/hr - $28.94/hr
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
