We are looking for both part-time and full-time Lead Teachersto work with early years education, preschools, and daycares.

Zen Educate is looking for educators who are passionate about teaching and positively contributing to children’s educational journey and their communities. Lead Teachers will support the certified teachers in the classroom and gain invaluable experience.

Key Duties:

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Assist in compiling classroom communications
• Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning
• Maintaining a safe learning environment
• Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the students’ learning experiences and support them as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Degree or GED
• 1-year experience working as a teaching assistant
• Pediatric First aid & CPR certification

Preferred Requirements:

• Associates Degree or higher
• 2+ years experience working as a teaching assistant
• Past work experience in a school or daycare setting
• CDA - Child Development Associate Credential

Pay:

• Teacher pay will reflect qualifications and experience level.
