Job Description:

We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Preschool Teachers to join our Learning to Flourish team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to promoting overall well-being and fostering a love of learning in our students.

Responsibilities:

- Create a supportive, caring, and engaging environment for students to thrive

- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

- Develop and implement meaningful activities and lessons based on our Positive Education principles and curriculum

- Assist students in achieving their highest potential in both social-emotional and academic areas

- Demonstrate an appreciation for the role of resiliency and optimism in promoting overall well-being

- Facilitate lessons that support students' creativity, independence, and love of learning

Requirements:

- Minimum of one year of experience in early childhood education

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to various situations

- Provide two professional references
