Debit Card Dispute Associate – South Burlington, VT:
Job Description:
- Handles member phone requests for outgoing wires, performs call back verifications, inputs wire data to core system
- Handles debit card disputes from members over the phone, issue letters to members regarding status updates pertaining to disputes/fraud, processes credits and debits to member accounts accordingly
- Provide support to other members of the Member Support team, including processing payment transactions, archiving documents, title tracking, deposit operations tasks, and other duties as assigned.
- Deliver outstanding service that is in alignment with the Credit Union's Service Promises.
Requirements:
- One year to three years of similar or related experience.
- Knowledge of loan and deposit accounts.
- A high school education or GED.
- Significant level of trust and diplomacy is required in addition to courtesy and tact.
