Do you enjoy helping others? We are a small dental practice located in the heart of Beverly Hills that is looking for a Dental Assistant. Experience in oral surgery and implants surgery/prosthetic assisting is preferred. The star candidate should be an expert in patient education for common dental procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assisting chair-side
- Taking records, impressions, or x-rays
- Using computers to update electronic patient records
- Assisting with lab tasks as needed
Qualification
- Proven experience as dental assistant
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing is a plus
- Good computer skills; well versed with Dentrix software
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
- High school diploma; dental assistant school certification is preferred
License/Certification:
- Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred)
- X-Ray Certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.65 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Beverly Hills, CA 90210: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
