Seeking outgoing, highly professional individuals to join our adminstrtive team. A successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests and managing their needs, answering questions and addressing concerns in a pleasant and professional manner. This individual must have excellent communication skills and have experience working in an office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls, text messages and emails
- Assist with payments
- Maintain accurate patient records
Skills:
- Customer service
- Computer skills, dental programs are not required but preferred
- Self motivation
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Spanish speaker is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
