Dental Front Office - Billing and coding specialist

Our established dental office in Springfield, MA is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, resourceful person to join our growing practice.

Our ideal candidate would have some dental / medical office experience, has very high work ethics and a positive attitude, great customer facing skills and is trustworthy, dependable and able to multi-task.

Bi-lingual skills, Spanish/ English a must.

Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Knows how to handle claims / pre-auths, claim denials, and resubmissions, and handling Accounts Receivable.

Seeking Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Front office dental and coding /billing specialist.

We are looking for high energy, resourceful, self-driven, results oriented, professional individuals with dental front office /marketing / billing and customer service experience.

The primary responsibilities include

- Effective eligibility verification, presenting and explaining Insurance benefits. Communicating treatment plans and exploring financial arrangements with patients.

- Walkout procedures accurately and timely.

- Work on preauthorizations and have a steady flow of procedure inflow.

- Dental Insurance claims knowledge/ Filing electronic claims. Collect customer feedback and help devise continuous improvement plans

- Very well versed with private insurance including delta, united, falon, bcbs etc . and masshealth/ cca

- insurance re-credentialing.

-Should be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Experience with some dental software. Eaglesoft is a definite plus.

Salary commensurate with skills/experience.

The right candidate could move in to full time and other higher responsibility roles.
