Job Summary
Salt Lake Smiles fun and fast paced office located in West Jordan, Utah. We are looking to hire a full-time office manager or front desk receptionist. Our schedule is
Monday 9 am -7 pm
Tuesday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Wed 8 am - 4 pm
Thursday 7:30 am 3:30 pm
Friday 8 am -12 pm
Responsibilities and Duties
Must be able to efficiently and effectively run ALL aspects of the front office. Job tasks will Include but are not limited to: reviewing and updating of medical history, entering and verifying patient demographics, processing of claims, accounts receivable, insurance verification, marketing, social media, patient scheduling, presenting financial options to patients, confirming appointments, credentialing with insurances, and various other tasks needed for the improvement of the business.
Qualifications and Skills
MUST be familiar with Eaglesoft.
2 years or more of experience with front desk is preferred.
Cross trained with clinical procedures as well as front office duties is preferred.
