Dental Receptionist Job at Dr Rudy C Paolucci
A friendly dental office promoting a healthy and professional work environment is seeking a competent and well organized dental assistant with polished and comfortable communication skills. Dental assisting and/or front desk experience is preferred, but not necessary. Willing to train a dependable, energetic person with a strong work ethic. It is important to make patients feel welcomed and at ease. Flexible part time 18-30 hrs per week available. Schedule includes one evening per week and one Saturday per month.
The office has a warm, friendly and fun work environment, with a very low employee turnover rate. We are interested in a new team member who will blend in and become part of our “office family.”
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and bringing them back to treatment area
- Set up treatment rooms
- Assist during dental procedure
- Clean up treatment room and sterilize instruments
- Stock supplies
- Answer phones, schedule appointment and take payments
- Miscellaneous simple tasks

Starting pay is $18-21 based on past work experience
