Our company is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to work with our highly skilled and motivated team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of diesel engines as well as a detail-oriented nature that allows them to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in continually learning and growing their skillset, and who isn't afraid of challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair forklifts, trucks, and machinery.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on vehicles and machinery.
- Install, adjust, test, and remove vehicle parts.
- Diagnose problems with machinery based on observations of gauges, warning lights, notices by computer systems, sounds, smells, smoke.
- Evaluate cost and time of repair options.
- Install new parts and systems in vehicles.
- Work with mechanical equipment.
- Own tools perferred
- Hino expereince a plus
- Willing to work weekends and complete mobile repairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
