CUMULUS MEDIA | HOUSTON – 104.1 KRBE FM is looking for a full-time Digital Content Producer who is a self-starter, motivated and has excellent skills in time management, prioritizing, and communication. This individual must be organized, reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications/Requirements

Digital Content Producer duties include and are not limited to the following:

• Ideal candidate would have 1-2 years experience working within the digital space
• Comprehensive knowledge of best practices for managing and optimizing social media channels
• Video editing and graphic design is a plus
• Experience with Photoshop, Video and Photo production preferred
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management
• Ensure that all web operations run smoothly and that the interactive properties reflect station priorities, grow audience/traffic, offer unique content, and ultimately grow revenue from the interactive station features
• Provide direction as needed & troubleshoot website related issues and work with third-parties to resolve development or functionality issues
• Improve content performance for station website through implementing new features and strategies
• Provide support for Cumulus Houston’s digital initiatives: promoting “KRBE” social media platforms and websites, station contesting, station-client sponsored events, and station community events.
• Proven ability to work well within a team environment while accomplishing individual projects
• Analyzing reports and pulling analytics & Working knowledge of audio analytics & podcasting
