Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required, advanced skills, education or prior marketing/visual graphic design experience are desired;

Previous law firm experience in personal injury law and litigation is a plus;

Willingness to learn the practice and its systems;

Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficient design skills;

Ability to work well independently, be responsive, and manage deadlines;

Exceptional flexibility and strong prioritization skills and the capability to adapt to change;

Proficiency in Microsoft products is a requirement;

Proficiency in ADOBE Premier products is a requirement; and

Proficiency in Google CGMB is a requirement.

Responsibilities

· Edit video recordings;

· Review and understand basic medical summaries and create medical imaging for exhibits;

· Maintain positive and responsive contact with clients and observe confidentiality of client matters;

· Prepare presentations and reports;

· Demonstrate good judgment and professionalism, and exhibit flexibility and versatility to provide support;

· Demonstrate strong reasoning and resolution skills;

· Produce content for our firm’s website such as informative articles, pictures, infographics, and promotional videos;

· Prepare and create visual aids and exhibits for trials and depositions;

· Digital Photography skills; and

· Create PowerPoint presentations for the lawyers to use as visual aids in the courtroom.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
