Discovery Senior Living is looking for a Digital Projects Lead to join our home office team.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Projects Lead will manage the execution of digital marketing projects including but not limited to, websites and advertising associated with community-wide marketing campaigns, email communications, and platforms designed to support lead generation, lead conversion optimization and reputation marketing. Partners with key stakeholders to implement and manage all digital platform vendor relations and ensures all digital support projects are delivered on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as primary digital project execution lead ensuring deliverables are provided from third-party vendors and/or channels on-time, within scope, and within budget; plan business objectives and communicate strategies and KPIs for digital projects.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs as needed to support strategic digital marketing objectives and goals
- Spearhead all digital marketing project RFPs , negotiate project costs and timelines, and oversee and report on deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and/or third parties/vendors for any part of the execution of digital marketing projects.
- Establish budgets, performance, and optimizations, ensuring digital projects meet and exceed goals. Analyze and report on data, and provide recommendations as needed.
- Monitor project progress ensuring all timelines and deliverables are achieved; ensure vendors are meeting contractual obligations for delivery in terms of deadlines and quality.
- Communicate with all stakeholders on project progress; assign tasks as required.
- Manage digital marketing platforms; budgeting, users, administration, training and the evaluation of new upgrades and services; launch new systems as needed.
- Communicate platform changes and updates relating to capabilities and functionality; provide user training to internal and external users as needed.
- Continue to review and refine digital marketing project processes to simplify and create efficiencies; incorporate it into future activities.
- Own budgeting and management of digital marketing invoicing including, but not limited to, marketing software platform, web and other support services.
- Business ownership of project management systems, marketing service and reporting platforms like HubSpot, Marketing Intelligence, Social Studio, etc.; perform continued assessment of legacy systems, understand needs, identify adaptations, and make recommendations as to new upgrades or services.
- Spearhead marketing automation workflow projects for lead distribution and flow between marketing platforms and CRM; resolve issues as needed.
- Identify reporting opportunities; work with BI Department to execute new reports for digital services as needed and share with key stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (preferred), Advertising, Communications or Journalism
- Minimum three (5) years of digital and traditional Marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Proactive with a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies.
- Experience with project management systems.
- Project management certification a plus.
