THE COMPANY

Since 2019, Adventure Supported Living has been dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals with developmental, intellectual, and related disabilities that we serve through the delivery of in-home person-centered services. We comprehensively support our participants in their home and in the community in which they live.

THE PROGRAM

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals who are passionate about working with and helping individuals with disabilities. We assist our participants with daily living, hygiene, meal prep, mobility, and behavioral supports.

Various shifts/hours available, including weekday, evenings, grave and weekend shifts. We have part time and full time positions available.

THE POSITION

Our DSP's work with adults, helping them maximize their self-sufficiency, safety, health, and independence. As a DSP, you will work in the homes of the participants, as well as out in the community to ensure the individuals we serve have the opportunity to participate in a wide-range of activities.

POSITION EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a least 18 years old
• Have a valid Driver's License & insurance
• Reliable registered transportation
• High School Diploma/GED (preferred)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to pass a background check

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Sunday through Saturday - 24 hour services, 7 days per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Provided)
• Assistance with medications Certification (Provided after probationary period and need based)

Work Location: Multiple Locations - East, Central, West Boise areas, Meridian, Nampa.
