Looking for a DSW to help assist a male consumer with all daily ADL's in Youngsville, LA . The DSW will need to have transportation and be willing to provide transportation to things the consumer enjoys out in the community. Shift will be 3 on 4 off and then the next week 4 on 3 off. Hours are Sunday 12pm-8pm, Monday 2:30pm-9:30, Tuesday 2pm-9:30pm, Wednesday 3:30pm-9:30pm, Thursday 2:00-9:30pm Friday 3:30pm-9:30pm, Saturday 12pm-10pm.
