JOB SUMMARY
The Director of HR Strategic Services serves as a strategic partner, provides human resources, talent and organization development expertise, and partners with executives business leaders to develop and align HR strategy to address business needs, to meet business strategic objectives. The Director assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates needs proactively within the HR department, and effectively collaborates to develop integrated solutions and people strategies to compliment the goals of the business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
The Director of HR Strategic Services assists in the planning and development of the appropriate organizational alignment and structures, architecture and support systems, implements effective performance planning, talent planning, performance management and reward programs that link with a progressive, well-tailored succession and organizational planning process. The Director evaluates and advise on the impact of long range planning of current, proposed and new programs/strategies as they affect the attraction, motivation, engagement and retention of the organizations human capital, and analyzes trends and metrics to develop and implement solutions, programs, processes and policies to address organization needs and effectiveness.
