We are currently seeking a Director of Admissions for our schools in Hialeah & Miami, Florida. Bi-lingual is a plus. This person must be organized, energetic and have the ability to lead others.
Essential day-to-day job responsibilities include:
- Complying with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to student enrollment;
- Recruiting, training and developing highly talented admissions professionals;
- Developing referrals and personal leads;
- Assisting in management of lead distribution to Admissions Team;
- Working with CEO in monitoring the daily/weekly activities of Admissions to ensure admissions objectives are met.
- Conducting first & second interview of prospective student enrollments;
- Motivating the Admissions Team to meet its admissions objectives while adhering to the highest ethical standards and compliance requirements;
- Helping manage compliance with student enrollment process, including inquiries, phone screens, and interviews;
- Meeting or exceeding enrollment objectives as established by the Director of Admissions.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
- Thorough understanding of the education admissions process.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to coach and manage a team

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
