We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Human Resources to join our team. This position will be based in Scottsdale, Arizona, but will require travel to our various locations as needed.
Position Overview:
The Director of Ancillary Services will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our ancillary services, including sonography and laboratory services. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality ancillary services, leading to exceptional patient care and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sonography and laboratory management, along with a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovative and collaborative practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and development of ancillary services, aligning with the overall objectives and goals of the organization.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of ancillary services, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and support staff to ensure seamless integration of ancillary services within the overall patient care process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to promote optimal utilization of our ancillary services.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize ancillary service workflows, processes, and technologies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve patient care.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of ancillary services and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the proper maintenance, calibration, and functioning of all ancillary equipment and facilities.
- Develop and manage budgets for ancillary services, working closely with finance and other departments to ensure responsible financial management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ancillary services, including sonography and laboratory services, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to ancillary services.
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of ancillary services.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.
