Director III - Day Treatment
This position is located at our Intermediate Care Program in Dothan, Alabama.
The working hours are Monday through Friday
8am-4pm.
Duties will Include:
- The Director will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Day Treatment program to include ensuring the program meets all guidelines of Spectracare Health Systems as well as standards set by the Department of Mental Health, and Medicaid and Medicare Rehab Standards.
- Director will supervise all day treatment staff members to include training and development.
- Director is also required to conduct individual and family group therapy sessions for Day Treatment consumers and provide skills and training classes for consumers.
- This position will be the backup to the Director of ICP during absences and may require on - call during those times.
Requirements:
- A masters degree in psychology or related mental health field with successful completion of a relevant clinical practicum
- Two years post masters experience in the field
- Must have previous supervisory experience and previous experience in budget management.
- Must have an excellent driving record free from any DUI and reckless driving convictions for the past three years and be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
