Title: Director of E commerce - Sandro

Location: SMCP NORTH AMERICA HEADQUARTERS, 44 WALL STREET, NEW YORK, NY (HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE /3 DAYS ONSITE)

Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 plus Bonus

The SMCP Group is a combination of two Parisian Contemporary Luxury Ready-To-Wear brands for Women/Men - Sandro + Maje. The « Director of ECommerce » rôle for Sandro is a key role responsible for daily operational tasks to support the Sandro digital businesses. This position will work directly with VP of Digital, the brand team in Paris and developers to execute the localized North American websites.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving sales, traffic and online growth to meet and exceed sales plans, executing the company's vision and brand message
• Own and manage the digital P&L for US and CA sites, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Finance team.
• Manage the Digital Marketing strategy execution with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure ROAS goals are obtained.
• Oversee site merchandising and content upload, working closely with the team in Paris to ensure brand continuity and the merchant team in NYC for localization.
• Analyze business, executing reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Using this information to continuously improve site performance.
• Optimize site performance and respond to trends in KPIs.
• Manage email marketing & SMS calendar. Working closely with the brand team in Paris and NYC offices, ensuring messages are in the brand voice and hit revenue targets.
• Manage team responsible for ecommerce operations including, email & CRM coordinator, customer service and analyst.
• Oversee omnichannel program for Sandro, working with store teams and digital ops to optimize inventory to achieve business goals.
• Launch new CRM program and rollout new initiatives to Sandro stores and on digital platform to better engage the customer base and increase touchpoints.
• Manage our circular economy site; Sandro Secondhand. Working closely with our partner Archive on their peer to peer platform, managing the marketing and product flow to achieve business goals.

Principal Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Required

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• 6+ years' experience in a related field
• Prior experience with Salesforce platform is a plus
• Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner; prioritize and meet deadlines, concurrently
• High attention to detail
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Collaborative nature with a willingness to take initiative
• Fast learner with a desire to work within E-Commerce in the retail/fashion industry.
