POSITION: Food Service Director Niagara University

LOCATION: Niagara Falls, NY

SALARY: 80-90K

This position is located in Niagara Falls NY. Successful candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to the commuting region. Relocation assistance available.

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Hands on Food Service Director/ General Manager who shares our passion for Food and Service. We are seeking a polished and professional Manager with a winning attitude and ready to hit the ground running in a busy University Dining Setting.

The Food Service Director has an overall responsibility of food service. He/she institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The General Manager reports to University Administration and The District Manager.

Requirements:

· 3+ Plus Years in a Senior Leadership Role in a College or University setting

· Solid knowledge of kitchen, café, retail, catering and student dining operations

· Solid understanding of Guest and Client Relations

· Impeccable Communication Skills

· Restaurant Management knowledge

· Knowledge of Menu implementation

· Culinary or Specialized Restaurant Management Degree strongly preferred
