The Job:

The Director of Front Office is a key leadership role in the overall operation of our historic resort. In this position you be responsible for the day to day operation of the Resort’s Front Office. You will focus on:

· Ensuring top performance in Guest satisfaction and driving Guest scores.

· Leading the Front Office Team

· Selecting, coaching, motivating, and developing our world class service team including hourly Associates, Supervisors, and Assistant Managers.

· Producing exceptional financial results through the strategic management of resort revenues, labor, and departmental costs.

· Ensure full compliance to all Marriott, Tribute, and Remington standards of operations.
