The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills. Have experience hiring, training, and leading a team, with a strong passion for people and process. In addition, have a solid knowledge of sales best practices, CRM, business development, and customer retention strategies.

Variable Operations Manager Requirements and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or General Sales Manager
* Must have extensive knowledge of BDC and CRM processes
* Leadership abilities to drive market share, customer experience, and profitability
* Proven track record of process implementation and improvement
* Ability to prepare a team game plan and execute a strategy daily
* Track record of exceeding previous sales quotas and goals
* Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees
* Keen attention to detail with a commitment to solving complex problems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Outgoing and service-oriented attitude
* Knowledge of inventory control and management
* Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure work environment
* Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
* Must pass a background check
* Non-automobile experience will not be considered as a candidate for the position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
