Richard Sandoval Hospitality is a global hospitality group that specializes in Latin-based cuisine. We have more than 60 restaurants and bars around the world. We are currently hiring a Director of Operations to oversee the overall operations in both Owned & Operated and Licensed properties in the US. This position is responsible for ensuring the guest service standards are met or exceeded, leading the management teams and staff, coaching, developing and motivating them to accomplish their business goals, monitoring the overall financial performance of all F&B, and performing the necessary processes needed to ensure the success of each of the assigned locations. Our DOs think outside the box, are creative and innovative, are flexible, can motivate and inspire staff, effectively develop their managers and enable their growth, are willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done when needed while also being able to work with landlords and executives of the hotels.

Our Corporate Office is in Denver, CO. This role may be based in Colorado, NY, or DC. This role requires up to 50% travel, depending on the region and your home base.

Additional requirements: 5 years of successful Director-level experience in hospitality, some hotel experience preferred. Experience working with multiple locations. Ability to lead a team and develop the next generation of leaders. Ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse population of staff, hotel management, partners, and other RSH executives. Experience driving exceptional guest service and growth. Ability to read financial statements, manage budgets, improve profitability and performance overall. Ability to create a positive, engaged workforce through a strong Organizational Culture.
