Director of Sales Job at Crowne Plaza Hotel
Here is your opportunity to join the Crowne Plaza Hotel of Auburn Hills management team! We are looking for an experienced hotel professional to oversee and maintain the sales force of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day sales force operation.
- Respond to all new sales RFP's.
- Identify new LNR accounts.
- Maintain existing and book new room blocks - wedding, sports, corporate, etc.
- Maintain existing and book new meeting room reservations.
- Adhere to quality and safety standards
- Coordinate and oversee special events
- Identify market opportunities to promote hotel and drive revenues.
- Ability to use hotel PMS.
- Staff Management
- Maintain healthy customer satisfaction level.
- Assist with front desk operation when needed.
- Report to top management
Required work experience:
- Minimum 2 years hotel experience required.
- Hotel Sales Experience Preffered.
