Pay Range: $15-$17/hour
Responsibilities:
- Bus speed racks and all other dishes and cook utensils into the dish machine and replace them to the proper place within the kitchen.
- Maintain the dish machine and dish room in an organized manner.
- Deliver glasses, plate ware, etc. to various departments per supervisor’s instructions.
- Ability to set up, regularly clean and operate dish machine
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
Physical demands:
- Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems; however, must be able to work in extreme temperatures like freezers (-10 F) and kitchens (+110 F), possibly for one hour or more.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfilling cleaning tasks.
- Requires grasping, reaching, and performing repetitive motions; manual dexterity to operate equipment.
- Must be able to lift items weighting up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis.
- Must be able to push carts weighing up to 150 pounds on a regular and continuing basis.
- Requires performing of repetitive motions.
