Requirements:
- Pass a 5-panel drug test.
- Pass criminal background check; 7 years back no felonies (misdemeanors case by case).
- Must be able to work 1st and 2nd shift hours.
- Ability to work in a team environment in high-pressure situations.
- Must have previous warehouse distribution dispatcher experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to perform with little or no supervision.
- Communication liaison through a two-way radio system.
- Modifying and scheduling daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers.
- Update driver information upon check-in.
- Create receipts for all external products scheduled to receive.
- Assign dock door and stage.
- Release orders in WMS.
- Print BOL for shipping orders
- Pass information for all pending transactions.
- Clean area.
- Verify all assignments from the daily shift have been completed
- Verify all orders were shipped in WMS during your shift.
Work Schedule:
- 5:45 am-2:15 pm and 1:45 pm-10:15 pm, Monday-Saturday with Mandatory OT.
